Report will require a 50-minute visit by a staging/design advisor. Photographs and measurements will be taken. A comprehensive report will be prepared to serve as our proposal for an Invinci staging engagement. You may, alternatively, choose to use it as a guide to stage the home yourself.

The consultation and report are included in the price of our Silver Staging & Design Service. If purchased separately and Invinci staging is completed within 3 months, the report fee will be applied to the total staging service fee.
