No List Property Seller Engagement

Property sellers wishing to remain unlisted and to actively sell their own property can get expert assistance from two reports.  These reports are specific to the seller's property and are not generic, off-the-shelf "how to" booklets.  Included in the fee is the advisor's time to meet with the seller to discuss the property's condition.  Specifically, we will ask about value-added improvements made during ownership, identify unique features, discuss any as-is flaws, and if personal property is to be included.  Our visit will enable us to physically tour and photograph the property.
